Governor of East Kalimantan, make the best use of DAK
Balikpapan, Tuesday 17/05/2016. Governor of East Kalimantan, DR.H. Awang Faroek Ishak conveyed a message to
Provincial and Regency/City Government ranks throughout Kalimantan Timur to make the best use of the momentum of the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), so that it becomes one of the efforts to increase sources of development financing in the region through the Special Allocation Fund, especially the Physical DAK. This provides hope in the midst of sluggish APBD revenues in each Regional Government. Said the Governor of East Kalimantan, represented by the Assistant for General Administration, Aji Sayid Fatur Rahman when opening the Socialization of Procedures for Preparing, Submitting and Assessing 2017 Special Allocation Fund Proposals in the Balikpapan Guest House meeting room.
Furthermore, the Governor of East Kalimantan, in his remarks read by Aji Sayid Fatur Rahman, welcomed this activity as an effort to further clarify the mechanism for preparing, submitting and evaluating Fund proposals Special Allocations (DAK) for 2017 as regulated in Minister of Finance Regulation Number: 48/PMK.07/2016 dated 29 March 2016. The Governor is of the opinion that with the existing regulations, the procedures for preparing, submitting and evaluating proposals for Special Allocation Funds (DAK) can be understood, understood and implemented properly.
The Governor of East Kalimantan's thanks were conveyed to resource persons from the Ministry of Finance who were directly attended by the Director of the Regional Balancing Fund, Rukijo as well as from Bappenas, Ministry of Education and Culture, Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing as well as the Ministry of Health and BKKBN, who were willing to spend time in the midst of busy schedules to provide additional knowledge for all of us, especially the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and Regency/City Governments throughout East Kalimantan in terms of preparation, delivery and assessment of the 2017 Fiscal Year DAK, so that the proposal can be well received which in turn is allocated by the Government with a strong commitment for the development of East Kalimantan.
Participants in this socialization consist of the Provincial Government, namely the Inspectorate, Bappeda, Regional Development Bureau, Finance Bureau, Dispenda and SKPD recipients of DAK TA. 2016, while from the Regency/City Government, namely Samarinda City, Balikpapan City, Bontang City, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, Paser Regency, West Kutai Regency, Berau Regency, East Kutai Regency, Mahakam Ulu Regency and North Penajam Paser Regency which consists of Bappeda, DPKAD/BPKAD/Finance Section and SKPD managing DAK TA. 2016 in Regency/City. Meanwhile, participants from the East Kalimantan Bappeda were attended by the Head of Statistics and Development Control, Drs.H. Taufik Hermawan; Head of Government Subdivision Dra. Tri Padianawati; Head of Apparatus Subdivision, H. Andrie Asdi, SH; Program Planning staff, Sukandar, S.Sos; Staff for Government Affairs, Said Abu, Achmad Hafid, Shinta Lasmi.
