National Coordination Meeting on Employment Data for 2022
Staff from the Data and Information Subdivision of Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province attended the National Coordination Meeting for One Employment Data at The Trans Resort Hotel Bali, Thursday (21/07/2022).

This activity was organized by the Ministry of Manpower in order to realize integrated planning, implementation, evaluation and control of comprehensive and sustainable employment development.

Opened by the Minister of Manpower, Mrs. Ida Fauziyah, this coordination is intended to build synergy between central and regional programs and activities in the implementation of One Indonesian Data (SDI) in the field of Manpower.

According to Minister of Manpower Regulation number 15 of 2020 One Employment Data is the government's data management policy in the employment sector to produce employment data that is accurate, up-to-date, integrated and accountable. And easy to access and share.

The Head of the Manpower Planning and Development Agency of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia said that the results of this National Coordination Meeting are expected to be able to equalize perceptions between the Central and Regional Governments in implementing the One Data principle which has been prepared and ratified in the Minister of Manpower Decree, and the introduction of the One Manpower Data & SNDATA portal application.

An integrated employment data system is built with a governance approach throughout regional government and multistakeholders. This step requires a system & depends on regional readiness. The initial stage in employment data synergy is identifying data needs and creating a framework for employment statistics at the central to regional levels.

Employment Data produced by Employment Data Producers must comply with the One Data Indonesia principle, namely meeting Data Standards; has Metadata; fulfill Data Interoperability rules; and use Reference Codes and/or Master Data.
