East Kalimantan Time Capsule Seminar 2085

Samarinda, Tuesday 6/10/15. The National Movement of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia campaigned by President Joko Widodo through the National Event Time Capsule Expedition The year 2085 or the next 70 years will pass through 5 provinces on the island of Sumatra and continue to move to Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku and end in Merauke, Papua and for the province of East Kalimantan, the Time Capsule for the next 70 years is planned to be present on 26 to 29 October 2015 at Madya Sempaja Stadium, Samarinda. The response of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government through the Governor of East Kalimantan, DR.H. Awang Faroek Ishak is very enthusiastic about welcoming the national event and the Governor hopes that the people of East Kalimantan can participate in all activities held by the Regional Committee. Proof of the seriousness of the Governor of East Kalimantan by assigning Assistant 4 Regional Secretary Meiliana to accompany the Regional Committee to make all the activities in question a success.
In the series of events for the 2085 Time Capsule Expedition, the Regional Committee together with the East Kalimantan Provincial Government will hold a Seminar on the 2085 East Kalimantan Time Capsule Expedition on 7 October 2015 in the Ruhui Rahayu room of the Governor's Office Jl. Gadjah Mada Number 2 Samarinda.

"The output of the seminar is expected to be 7 resolutions or dreams of the people of East Kalimantan until 2085 which will be followed up and embedded in a time capsule on 26 to 29 October 2015 at the Sempaja Stadium in Samarinda. The results of the seminar will be picked up by the time capsule expedition team and taken to Merauke Papua to be placed in a monument." Quoted from regional committee chairman Robi, in the media.

The 2085 Time Capsule National Expedition Team, before arriving in East Kalimantan Province, started from Aceh Darussalam and traveled overland to North Sumatra and Riau Province. Then cross to Tanjung Pinang and Batam, Riau Islands Province using plane and ship.

Then from Batam, the team carrying the time capsule containing the dreams of the Indonesian people was flown again to Padang, West Sumatra and continued to Jambi.

While preparations were made by the East Kalimantan Provincial Committee, in collaboration with the regional committee, intensive discussions and coordination were carried out in the Propeda meeting room at the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda office led by Plt. The Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province and also the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda was attended by the Chair of the Regional Time Capsule Expedition Committee, Fajri Alfarobi as well as members and committee members from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government on Wednesday, 30/9/15.

Speakers and presentation of material for the seminar "Time Capsule for East Kalimantan 2085" on Wednesday, 07 October 2015 in the Ruhui Rahayu room of the East Kalimantan Governor's Office included:
1. DR. IR. H. Isran Noor, M.Si as a politician and will deliver material on aspects of government, politics, law, defense and security, spatial planning and the environment and welfare with the topic: "Realizing clean and corruption-free governance";
2. H. Djafar Sidik as a Community and Religious Figure will present material on social and cultural, environmental, religious and welfare aspects with the topic: "Creating professional human resources with noble morals";
3. Rita Widyasari as a Youth/Women Leader delivered material, Economic, Innovation, Technology, Food, Energy, Infrastructure and Welfare Aspects with the topic: "Realizing economic independence supported by reliable infrastructure and technological innovation:;
4. Fadjroel Rachman as the G70 national committee, NGO, Environmental Figure, Practitioner delivered material on Infrastructure, Human Resources, Environment and Welfare Aspects with the topic: "Developing East Kalimantan for Indonesia.
The presentation of material by the speakers at the seminar will be led by moderator Drs. H. Syafruddin Pernyata, M.Si as bureaucrat, cultural observer, academic and journalist.
