East Kalimantan Bappeda Receives Visit from Bali DPRD, Discussions Regarding Pokir Mechanisms
Bappeda East Kalimantan Province received a working visit from the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Bali Province on Tuesday, February 3 2026. This visit aims to study the mechanism for managing the DPRD's Principles of Thought (Pokir) in preparing planning and budgeting documents.
The Bali DPRD delegation was welcomed by the Head of the General Subdivision, Isnainil Hude, and Ibnu Abbas from the Infrastructure and Regional Sector (Infraswil).
Isnainil Hude said that all DPRD Pokirs in East Kalimantan were internalized from the start at the Plan preparation stage Regional Government Work (RKPD) through the Regional Government Information System (SIPD). The DPRD's Pokir is the result of a recess/collection of the aspirations of the people of East Kalimantan and is input no later than H-7 before the implementation of the RKPD Development Planning Conference (Musrenbang). This special committee has a role in discussing and compiling a dictionary of proposed community aspirations so that the DPRD's thinking input into the SIPD remains in sync with regional development priorities.
"All DPRD's thinking must be input into the SIPD and must be in accordance with the dictionary of proposed aspirations that have been determined to be internalized into the RKPD by taking into account the real capacity of regional finances," explained Hude.
The Pokir management system implemented in East Kalimantan was appreciated by the Bali Province DPRD. They consider that this mechanism is more structured and is able to ensure that the DPRD's Pokir is truly aligned with the RKPD, so that development implementation can run more effectively and on target.
This working visit is a forum for discussion and sharing of experiences regarding the DPRD's Pokir system which is structured and in harmony with development planning.
