Increase the absorption of East Kalimantan APBD 2012

Samarinda, 6/20/12. Increase the absorption of the East Kalimantan budget in 2012 to reduce the Silva of the East Kalimantan APBD which is still relatively high.

This was revealed by the Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province, Dr.H Irianto Lambrie when delivering the presentation at the Socialization Follow Up Format Format Acceleration of Activities Control in the Rentra Meeting Room III Bappeda Kaltim, Jl. Kusuma Bangsa No. 2 Samarinda, guided by the Head of East Kalimantan Bappeda, Dr.Ir.H. RUSMADI.MS.

Enthusiastic participants were very high with the number of participants in more than three hundred people from all SKPDs in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and all Dispenda UPTD, Transportation Agency and Public Works Office in all districts/cities in East Kalimantan.

In the remarks/presentation of the Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan stated that on behalf of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government would like to welcome and thank you for the arrival of the APBA - Aceh Province Activity Control Team (P2K) which was chaired by the Governor Expert Staff for Control and Foreign Relations, Mr. Dr. Taqwalah, M.Kes.

1. The Provincial Government of East Kalimantan is very expecting assistance from the APBA - Aceh P2K Team to be able to share experiences related to budget absorption, which is known that the Aceh Provincial Government has carried out this for three years through the supervision of the Aceh P2K - APBA Team, which was originally in 2009 physical realization of 85% and 64% finance but with the hard work of the P2K team's absorption team in 2011 reached 99% for physical realization and 94% of financial realization.

2. For this reason, we gather here as a follow -up to the socialization of the implementation of the Aceh P2K format at the Regional Development Coordination Meeting held in Tarakan City, then how we all SKPD can understand and implement these formats to reduce the Silpa number which is still relatively high.

3. On 8 to 10 May the Provincial Government sent a team to learn the application of the Aceh P2K format consisting of: Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan, Regional Development Bureau and Finance Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Prov. East Kalimantan, Transportation Agency, Public Works Office, Health Office and Prov. East Kalimantan. Where the implementation of this meeting is a consolidated step, according to the direction of the Center for Budget Evaluation & Supervision Team (TEP) under the coordination of UKP4 to conduct fomat learning that has been prepared by the P2K - APBA Team of the Aceh Provincial Government

4. The implementation of the Aceh P2K format is as an effort of the Provincial Government to accelerate the absorption of the budget in the Province of East Kalimantan and submit the East Kalimantan Provincial Budget Report in 2012 on a quarter period to the President through the Budget Evaluation and Supervision Team (TEP) of the Presidential Work Unit in the Field of Development Control Supervision (UKP4).

5. On May 29, 2012 the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan has submitted the 2012 Budget absorption report by filling out the format submitted by the Budget Evaluation and Supervision Team (TEP), based on the evaluation results of the Budget Evaluation and Supervision Team (TEP), it is still necessary to improve the format.

At the end of his remarks the Secretary stated and asked all SKPD heads to seriously study and immediately need to apply the format of acceleration of budget absorption by all SKPDs in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, then asked the East Kalimantan Budget Absorption and Supervision Evaluation Team consisting of elements of Bappeda, ITWIL, Bangda Bureau and Finance to immediately accelerate it.
