Gov. East Kalimantan Bappeda inspection

Samarinda, 12/8/13. The first day of work for employees within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government after taking collective leave to welcome _1a._sekre_bpp_kaltim_menyambut_kedasaran_gub_kaltim_saat_besar_sidak_di_bpp_kaltim_12_ags_13Eid al-Fitr 1434 H, Governor of East Kalimantan, DR.H. Awang Faroek Ishak with Plt. The Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province, DR.Ir.H.Rusmadi,MP and officials from the Regional Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province carried out a surprise inspection (sidak) at the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Monday 12/8/13, Jl. Kusuma Bangsa No.2 Samarinda.

Attendance at work on the first day after taking collective leave to celebrate Idul Fitri for East Kalimantan Bappeda employees out of a total of 146 employees was 138 people or 94.52%, while employee absence was 5.48% with details of 6 people taking leave from work, among others (1). Edy Suryanto, SE; (2). Saiful Bahri; (3). Tajuddin Laddade, ST; (4). Siti Rachmah Wulandari, ST; (5). Suwondo; (6). Andi Arifuddin, and one sick person with a letter from the doctor, Ahmad Hafizuddin, and one person with permission, Ahmad Muzakkir, ST. There is not a single employee within the East Kalimantan Bappeda who is negligent or not working without any information.

This was stated by Plt. The Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Ir.H.Nazrin, M.Si, in his report to the Governor of East Kalimantan during an inspection in the office of the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, and the Governor of East Kalimantan said "as a planner you must be an example for other SKPDs in employee discipline". The Governor hopes that employees can provide maximum service to the community and are required to understand the ins and outs of their work thoroughly, so that they will obtain maximum results.

The Governor of East Kalimantan and his entourage received an enthusiastic welcome from all employees of the East Kalimantan Bappeda. During this inspection, the Bappeda was the first visit by the Governor of East Kalimantan and his entourage, all the linked up officials of the East Kalimantan Bappeda together and outsourced employees welcomed the Governor of East Kalimantan and his entourage until the end of his stay at the East Kalimantan Bappeda.
