Awang Faroek Ishak when delivering remarks as well as opening the Bappeda Coordination Meeting in East Kalimantan in 2015 at the Multipurpose Building of the Bukit Pelangi Office Complex, East Kutai Regent Office, Sangatta - Kutim, which was attended by the participants from the Bappenas/Ministry/Institution of the Republic of Indonesia, SKPD scope of the Provincial Government and Bappeda Regency/City in East Kalimantan The scope of the East Kutai government is approximately six hundred people.

This certainly becomes an important guideline, especially this coordination meeting in conducting synergy and harmonization in formulating the direction of policies and priority development programs in 2016 Ressang the Governor of East Kalimantan.

In delivering his remarks the Regent of East Kutai Regency with several important points, among others:
1. The Regent of Kutim said that the growth of economic statistics from 2012-2013 experienced a decline in accordance with the decline in East Kalimantan economic growth;
2. In overcoming this decrease in growth, it must do hard work;
3. Purpose of Kutim's economic growth is due to various sectors including declining investment which is not as possible in 2013 in the quantity of investment plummeted, especially in the plantation, forestry and mining sectors;
4. This is due to the moratorium of the Governor of East Kalimantan in the mining sector and the Regent of Kutim hopes to review the moratorium;
