Increase the Added Value of the East Kalimantan Economy

Samarinda, Monday 9/3/15. The East Kalimantan Provincial Government program is in accordance with the 2013-2018 East Kalimantan RPJMD 1a._kabid_P3d_bappeda_Kaltimneed support from the Regency/City Government, especially in the 2016 RKPD with the theme "Increasing the Economic Added Value of Superior Regional Products and Strengthening Intra- and Inter-Regional Connectivity".

This was conveyed by the Head of Regional Development Assessment and Financing (P3D), Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Ir.Hj. Farida Hydro Foilyani, M.Si in the work room of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda office.

The Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda P3D Division added that support from East Kalimantan Regency/City Governments in making the East Kalimantan Provincial Government's priority programs a success in accordance with the 2013-2018 East Kalimantan RPJMD is very much needed and vice versa, that support from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for programs and activities of East Kalimantan Regency/City Governments which are outside of the Regency/City priority programs but which have an impact in increasing the economic added value of regional superior products is very much needed.

Ir. Hj. Farida Hydro Foilyani, M.Si added that the development planning process for East Kalimantan Province in 2015 in the context of preparing the 2016 Regional Development Work Plan (RKPD) began with preparations for drafting the RKPD according to schedule, which was carried out on the first week to the second week of January 2015 and continued with determining the priority draft for the 2016 RKPD on the third week of January 2015. The next schedule was the writing of the draft of the 2016 RKPD Preliminary Draft on Sunday. IV January 2015 continued with schedule The 2016 Kalimantan Regional Musrenbang was held at the Jakarta Convention Center from 23 to 24 February 2015 and UPPD training for SKPD in the context of preparing the 2016 RKP according to the schedule for the second week of March 2015 (adjusting the schedule from BAPPENAS).

The next agenda is the entry of proposals to the Central UPPD in the third week of March to the second week of April 2015 as well as making a circular letter regarding the Preliminary Draft of the 2016 RKPD and the 2015 Agenda for the preparation of the 2016 RKPD on March 2 2015 which has been distributed to each SKPD within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and Regency/City Bappeda throughout East Kalimantan and has also been published via the website East Kalimantan Bappeda.

According to the circular letter, the next agenda is the preparation of the draft SKPD Plan for 2016 according to schedule from 2 to 19 March 2015 and continued with the implementation of Regional Development Planning Information System Technical Guidance (SIPPD) which was carried out on 5-6 March 2015.

After the implementation of the SIPPD Technical Guidance agenda for all Heads of Sub Divisions or Heads of SKPD Program Planning Sub Divisions within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and Regency/City Bappeda throughout East Kalimantan in the meeting room of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government Guest House, it was continued with input of SIPPD data for Regencies/Cities throughout East Kalimantan according to schedule on 5 to 18 March 2015 and input of SIPPD data for Provincial SKPD (phase I) on 6 to 18 March 2015. The implementation of the agenda for the 2016 Development Priority Coordination Meeting on 16 to 19 March 2015 was followed by the implementation of the 2015 SKPD Forum agenda on 23 - 24 March 2015 and the culmination of regional development planning was the implementation of the 2015 Provincial Musrenbang in the context of preparing the 2016 RKPD for East Kalimantan Province according to schedule on 1 to 2 April 2015 in the Lamin Etam meeting room Jl. Gajah Mada Samarinda.

The next agenda is the 2015 pre-Musrenbangnas / Musrenbangnas in the context of preparing the 2016 RKP on 20 to 22 April 2015 in Jakarta and continued with the National Musrenbang as scheduled on 23 April 2015.

The next development planning period is the formulation of the 2016 RKPD Final Draft in the second week of May 2015 followed by the stipulation of the Governor's Regulation on the 2016 East Kalimantan RKPD in the third week of May 2015.

Meanwhile, the implementation of the SIPPD SKPD data input for East Kalimantan Province (phase II) after the Regional Head Regulation (Perkada) RKPD was determined according to schedule on 3 to 9 June 2015 was followed by verification of the SKPD Renja in the second week of June 2015 and the determination of the Provincial SKPD Renja in the third week of June 2015.

SIPPD Technical Guidance

Implementation of the SIPPD Technical Guidance which was attended by all Heads of Sub-Divisions or Heads of Program Planning Sub-Divisions and technical staff / operators within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and Regency/City Bappeda throughout East Kalimantan.

The SIPPD Technical Guidance was opened by the Head of the Regional Development Infrastructure Division (PPW) representing the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Yusliando, ST accompanied by the Head of the Program Planning Sub Division of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, H. Buyung Dodi Gunawan, ST., MM and the Head of the Regional Development Financing Sub Division of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Andi Arifuddin, S.Pi.

Head of the PPW Division Bappeda Kaltim said that this Bimtek was held in the context of preparing the 2016 Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) and the 2016 East Kalimantan Province SKPD Work Plan (RENJA) and it is hoped that this SIPPD can bridge the RKPD and KUA, PPAS/Pra RKA.

Yusliando also added that the SIPPD Technical Guidance is a series of agendas in the stages of preparing the Regional Development Work Plan (RKPD) in relation to providing knowledge in the program preparation section, especially operators who will input data into the SIPPD.
