Advocacy and Socialization of Acceleration of Stunting Decreases in Mahakam Ulu Regency
Friday, December 10, 2021. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province through its representatives (government and human development) attended the "Advocacy and Socialization of Acceleration of Stunting in Mahakam Ulu Regency" which was carried out virtual/online.
The implementation of the meeting was opened and chaired by the Regional Secretary of Mahakam Ulu Regency and was attended by regional apparatus related to handling stunting in the Mahakam Ulu Regency Government. This meeting was intended to discuss a number of actions that needed to be carried out by the Mahakam Ulu Regency Government and important points that needed to be included in the draft of the Mahakam Ulu Regent regulation regarding the handling of stunting in Mahakam Ulu Regency.
Kasubbid of the People's Welfare, Mr. Andrie Asdi, SH, conveyed several things about the conditions and strategies that need to be carried out by the Mahakam Ulu Regency Government, especially emphasizing the aspects of planning in the RPJMD and RKPD, reinforcement of the role of the PKK Mobilization Team, activating the posyandu and optimizing the use of village funds for handling stunting.
also conveyed that the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan will always be ready to assist the Mahakam Ulu Regency Government in dealing with stunting problems in the regions because it is an important issue that is a national priority.
