East Kalimantan Bappeda Focuses on Evaluation: Head of Agency Invites Employees to Improve Discipline and Performance

The Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Yusliando, together with the Secretary, Saur Parsaoran, chaired a meeting to discuss discipline and improving employee performance. This meeting aims to evaluate discipline and performance within the East Kalimantan Bappeda.

In the meeting, Yusliando emphasized the importance of forming an advanced work culture by prioritizing the core value ASN BERAKHLAK, "Current work culture is of special concern. Because we are encouraged to carry out our own assessments, let us work together and with integrity, so that what we do can result in increased performance. Don't assume that our work is not assessed or supervised. Now, there are more and more rules that must be obeyed, because good performance starts with discipline. "This must be a serious concern for us," said Yusliando.

Continued by Saur Parsaoran, on this occasion, he reminded us of the importance of working according to each class of position. He also said that one indicator of good performance can be seen from the results of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP). Currently, Bappeda's SAKIP score is 80.90 and is targeted to achieve an AA score, making it the first regional agency to achieve this achievement.

However, this will be far from a dream if there is no good cooperation. Therefore, the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda hopes for cooperation and awareness for all ASN and non-ASN employees within the East Kalimantan Bappeda, "Let us together commit to improving discipline, performance and responsibility in accordance with our position class. Everyone who is placed in their class should perform according to their class placement," he said.

With this meeting, it is hoped that every employee at the East Kalimantan Bappeda can better understand the importance of discipline and quality of work, and contribute to achieving common goals to create a more effective and competitive organization.
