Infrastructure and Regional Sector Holds Regional Infrastructure Coordination Meeting for the Development and Transportation Sector of East Kalimantan Province in 2024
Infraswil and Regional Infrastructure (Infraswil) Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province held a Regional Infrastructure Coordination Meeting for the Highways and Transportation Sector of East Kalimantan Province in 2024 at the Novotel Hotel, Balikpapan (27/03/2024).
The meeting was held in order to perfect the Regional Government Work Plan document (RKPD) in 2025 in East Kalimantan Province, as well as increasing coordination and synchronization of infrastructure development in the binamarga sector between the central government, provincial government and also district or city governments.
Meeting participants who attended came from various stakeholders such as the Provincial Public Works, Spatial Planning & Public Housing Department. East Kalimantan, East Kalimantan Transportation Service, East Kalimantan National Road Implementation Center, East Kalimantan Region XVII Land Transportation Implementation Center and all Bappeda and Regency/City Bappelitbangda throughout East Kalimantan.
The meeting aims to perfect the 2025 RKPD document for East Kalimantan Province by considering regional infrastructure and regional aspects, especially the community development sector, as well as identifying regional infrastructure development priorities in the community development sector that support economic growth and community welfare in East Kalimantan.
This coordination meeting is a strategic step in ensuring that infrastructure development for the community development sector in East Kalimantan runs in accordance with the regional government's strategic plan and is built according to community needs.
With synergy between all related parties, it is hoped that infrastructure development in the community development sector can proceed efficiently and have a significant impact on the progress of East Kalimantan.
