The holding of this meeting aims to capture the strategic issues and ideas of the Ahlli and Stakeholders to compile the initial draft of the RPJPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2025-2045 in the scope of social transformation.

The implementation of this strategic issue selection meeting was also held as a space to increase the active participation of stakeholders or the community in the process of preparing regional development planning.

In the meeting of the issue selection, there are three substances of the highlighted development aspects, including the equitable aspects of quality education, health aspects for all and adaptive social protection aspects. Of the three substances, it will be material in the preparation of the RPJPD document as the formulation of social transformation policies in 2025-2045.

In this discussion forum it is agreed that several important points, namely in the development of productive human resources, it is necessary to carry out a geostrategi-based system and strive to increase the relationship between education and the business industry and work (iduka).
In the health aspect, the forum agreed on the idea of ​​the transformation of an integrated health care system to facilitate the community and distribution of medical personnel and also early education about infectious diseases.

To seek quality and highly competitive education, the forum produces ideas to create educational standards with international benchmarks and accelerate global competency strengthening for HR educators in East Kalimantan.

Meanwhile, for poverty alleviation, priority handling is needed in the Mahakam Ulu and West Kutai regions and the development of the Penhalix Collaboration. In the realization of the fulfillment of disability rights, the forum produces ideas for the government to strengthen regional regulations on the protection and fulfillment of the rights of people with disabilities and increase the disability of disability.

The discussion forum that was held was a collaboration from the government and also the community in designing development plans. All views and inputs conveyed will be the basis for producing RPJPD documents that are more inclusive and in accordance with the needs and aspirations of the community. This process reflects a joint commitment to achieve sustainable development and is expected to have a positive impact on all levels of society in the future.
