Evaluation of the measurement of the East Kalimantan Regency/City IPKD in 2021
Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, represented by the Government and Human Development Sector following the Evaluation Meeting Measurement of the Regional Financial Management Index (IPKD) of Regency/Cities throughout East Kalimantan in 2021 organized by the Regional Research and Development Agency of East Kalimantan Province on Wednesday, December 8, 2021.
This activity was opened by the Head of the Regional Development and Finance Research and Development Agency, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Dr. Sumule Tumbo, SE, MM.
In his remarks he said that currently the Ministry of Home Affairs evaluates the progress of the regional financial management index (IPKD), the evaluation aims to ensure the measurement process in each Dimension of the IPKD by the Provincial Government is going well.
IPKD is expected to be able to spur and motivate local governments both in the provinces, districts and cities in improving the performance of regional financial management. In addition, this measurement is expected to encourage an increase in the role of government internal supervisory apparators in realizing transparent and accountable regional financial management supervision.
There are six dimensions in the measurement of the IPKD, namely the suitability of planning and budgeting documents, allocation of budget in the APBD, and transparency of regional financial management, budget absorption, regional financial condition, and BPK's opinion on LKPD.
