Facilitating Draft Regulation of the Regional Head of RKPD Kutai Kartanegara Regency in 2022
Samarinda, June 17, 2021, 09.30 WITA . Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province on this occasion held the agenda of the Facilitation of the Draft Regulation of the Regional Head of RKPD Kutai Kartanegara Regency in 2022 online (Vitual). The event was opened by the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Charmarijaty, ST, M.Si representing the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and was also attended by the Head of the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, the Regional Apparatus of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, and the Kutai Kartanegara Regency (Head and the Head all Head/Head of Subdivision).
This facilitation activity is a mandate regulated in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government and Permendagri Number 86 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development, where the Regent/ The Mayor was asked to consult the RKPD RANPERKADA to the Governor to be facilitated in order to obtain advice and input on the final draft of the RKPD that had been prepared, before it was determined through the region.
Bappeda Kutai Kartanegara Regency in his presentation said that the macro development target in Kutai Kartanegara Regency in 2022 was agreed upon during the past pre-musrenbang, namely HDI of 75.34; Poverty rate of 6.90%; Open unemployment rate of 4.94%; Economic growth of 1.06%; and Gini index of 0.290.
The direction of the Kutai Kartanegara Regency development policy that has been compiled in the final draft of the RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2022, namely (1) Increased productivity of agriculture in food crops, horticulture and plantations; (2) Increased capture and cultivation productivity; (3) development of the tourism industry; (4) Development of Animal Husbandry Areas; (5) providing access to forest management to the community around the forest; (6) increase in added value and development of superior commodity markets; (7) improvement of infrastructure services; (8) improvement of health services; (9) improvement of the village economy; (10) Development of production and quality of superior industries.
Furthermore, the Regional Apparatus of the Scope of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan and all fields of planning in the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda alternately provide input and suggestions for improvement efforts.
Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government through Bappeda Kutai Kartanegara Regency will complete the completeness of the files and all the requirements in this facilitation activity.
