Help Desk Filling in Performance & Completeness of Performance Monitoring for E-SAKIP Kaltim Quarter II & Evaluation Semester I 2024
Samarinda (11/07/2024) - Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Program Planning Subdivision, Stella Felicia Sinaga led the implementation of the Help Desk activities for filling in performance & completeness of performance monitors for E-SAKIP Kaltim Quarter II and Evaluation for Semester I 2024 for ASN within Bappeda Kaltim, Thursday (11/7).
In his speech at the start of the activity, the objectives of the activity being carried out were stated.
"The aim of today's activity is to fill in the E-SAKIP via the SIAKIP application of the East Kalimantan Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau for the Second Quarter of 2024," said the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda Program Planning Subdivision.
It was further stated that the results of monitoring and evaluation for the first quarter of 2024 by the Organization Bureau stated that the East Kalimantan Bappeda was free from the red zone, which means that all columns in the E-SAKIP application for the East Kalimantan Bappeda ASN had been completely filled. Therefore, the Program Planning Sub-Division of the East Kalimantan Bappeda initiated the Help Desk activity for filling out the E-SAKIP Quarter II so that the process of filling out the E-SAKIP can be carried out with focus and the obstacles faced can be immediately assisted by the Program Planning Sub-Division Team.
There are several pieces of equipment that must be prepared and informed in advance, including performance information according to the duties of each ASN up to Quarter II 2024 which includes realization, action plans, driving factors, inhibiting factors, efforts, and data supporting evidence of performance.
The activities carried out in Long April Samarinda were attended by representatives of each sector and the secretariat within the East Kalimantan Bappeda.
