Strategic Environmental Study and RDTR Urban Area of the City of Bangun, Kutai Kartanegara
Based on Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, it is explained in Article 15 that "the central government and regional governments are required to make KLHS to ensure that the principle of sustainable development has become the basis and integrated in the development of an area and/or policies, plans, and/or programs ".
In connection with this, the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government carries out the KLHS public consultation activities for RDTR urban areas in Bangun City. The event which was held on Friday, November 26, 2021 was attended by the Ministry of ATR, the KLHS document formulation team, NGO representatives and regional apparatus related to the scope of the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government.
Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province was represented by the infrastructure sector also attended the event to respond to the KLHS document design for the RDTR urban area of the City of Bangun which had been compiled by the formulating team.
