Performance Evaluation Activities in the Legal Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Prov. East Kalimantan
Bpk. Sukandar, S. Sos representing the field of government and human development of Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province, became a resource in the performance evaluation of the Setda Legal Bureau of Prov. East Kalimantan which was held at the Selayca Mulia Samarinda Hotel, Tuesday (12/27/2022).

In the activity attended by ± 30 participants consisting of all ASN and Non ASN employees in the Setda Legal Bureau of Prov. East Kalimantan and also elements of Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan and the organization bureau who also attended as a resource person, Bpk. Sukandar conveyed a presentation related to the evaluation of RKPD Prov. East Kalimantan 2022.

In his presentation, several points of the purpose of controlling and evaluating regional development planning, among others, are to realize the consistency between policies and the implementation and results of regional development plans; consistency between the RPJPD and the National RPJPN and RTRW; consistency between the RPJMD and the Regional RPJPD and RTRW; consistency between RKPD and RPJMD; and the faithfulness between the achievements of regional development and the predetermined performance indicators.

further conveyed about the consistency and inconsistencies of programs/activities/sub-activities, indicators and performance targets of RKPD, especially in the Legal Bureau of the APBD in 2022 Semester I as supporting data in conducting evaluation Performance in the scope of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Prov. Kaltim.

Also present was Mrs. Hj.Norlina, S. Sos, M.Sc as the Analyst of the Young Expert who was also the resource of the Bureau of the Regional Secretariat Organization Prov. East Kalimantan and delivered a presentation of performance measurements which are also expected to support the efforts of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Prov. Kaltim in conducting performance evaluation.
