Kepala Bidang PPEPD ibu Rina Juliaty menjelaskan usulan aspirasi yang sudah di input akan di validasi oleh Setwan dengan memastikan bahwa usulan merupakan hasil reses DPRD dan memastikan kelengkapan usulan, kemudian Bappeda Prov.Kaltim memverifikasi dengan memperhatikan kesesuaian dengan prioritas pembangunan, kesesuaian dengan kamus usulan, mengecek jenis usulan, dan menentukan Perangkat Daerah yang akan melalukan verifikasi di tahap Next.
