Coordination of Interior Rehab Work Plans and Electrical Network Rehabilitation for the East Kalimantan Bappeda Office
Samarinda (24/06/2024), East Kalimantan Bappeda held a coordination meeting with service providers to discuss work plans and follow up on Letters of Agreement (Contracts) regarding Office Interior Rehab and Rehabilitation Work Packages for East Kalimantan Province Bappeda.
The meeting was chaired by the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Saur Parsaoran, and accompanied by the Head of General Subdivision, Achmad Risa, as well as goods and services procurement staff.
In the first session, the meeting was attended by the Implementing Contractor PT. Bangun Maju Bersatu and Supervisory Consultant PT. Super Tehnik Pratama, which is involved in Office Interior Rehab. Meanwhile, in the second session, the Implementing Contractor PT. Pesona Prima Gemilang and Supervisory Consultant CV. Khalid Prima Sakti, who is involved in Electricity Network Rehab.
Discussions that dominated the meeting covered various important aspects such as Construction Work Quality Plans (RPMK), Implementation of Construction Safety Plans (RKK), Work Organization, procedures for organizing work implementation, work schedules, materials procurement schedules, equipment mobilization and workforce.
The main objective of this meeting is to ensure that all parties involved comply with the schedule and standards set out in the contract, for the smooth and successful implementation of the interior and electrical network rehabilitation project for the East Kalimantan Bappeda office.
This coordination meeting shows the commitment of the East Kalimantan Bappeda in ensuring that this infrastructure rehabilitation project runs according to plan and meets the specified quality standards.
