Strengthening Friendship Ties at the Breaking the Fast Together Event at the East Kalimantan Bappeda
In the spirit of strengthening ties and achieving blessings in the month of Ramadhan, the East Kalimantan Bappeda held a Joint Iftar Event on Wednesday (06/06/2018). The event, which was held in the Archetype Room, was attended by all civil servant and non-PNS employees of the East Kalimantan Bappeda and their families, employees who had retired or transferred, as well as all stakeholders within the East Kalimantan Bappeda environment, such as the Cleaning Service and their families.
Head of Bappeda Kaltim, Dr. Ir. H. Zairin Zain, M.Si, in his speech conveyed the importance of strengthening ties between the extended family of the East Kalimantan Bappeda. By strengthening ties, it shows reflection on efforts to achieve blessings in following the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.
The breaking of the fast together was accompanied by the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda providing compensation to orphans from the Rahmatullah Islamic Boarding School, Lempake.
Also present and giving sermons at the event, Ust. Lord. In his Tausiah, Ust. Gusti conveyed the many blessings that Muslims can achieve, especially during the month of Ramadan. In the month of Ramadan, all acts of worship are doubled. Apart from that, there is a very special night in the month of Ramadan, namely the night of Lailatur Qodar. Whoever does good deeds on that night, Allah will record his reward as being better than doing the same deeds for a thousand months.
