DISCUSSION AND SIGNING OF MINUTES OF PROGRAM/ACTIVITY/SUB-ACTIVITY NOMENCLATURE MAPPING RESULTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH PERMENDAGRI NUMBER 90 OF 2019
SAMARINDA - The Regional Development Planning Agency of East Kalimantan Province held a discussion meeting and signed the minutes of the results of mapping the nomenclature of programs/activities/sub-activities in accordance with Permendagri 90 of 2019 on Thursday 9 July 2020 virtually via Video Conference.
The event which was held in the Geospatial Command Center meeting room was opened by the Head of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM. Also present with him was the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Drs. Sufian Agus, MM, Head of Regional Development Planning and Control Charmarijaty, ST, M.Sc, Head of Economics, Head of Government and Human Development Drs. H. Hariyo Santoso, Head of Economics and Natural Resources at Saur Parsaoran. T, S.Pi, MEMD, Head of Regional Infrastructure Drs. H. Iman Hidayat, M.Si along with the ranks of section heads at the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda and attended virtually by regional apparatus within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
Aswin said that in compiling the 2021 RKPD, the Regional Government carried out mapping of programs and activities in accordance with the classification, codification and nomenclature regulated in Permendagri 90/2019. Furthermore, the results of the mapping are included in the minutes of the mapping results and become an attachment to the Regional Regulation on provincial and district/city RKPD.
On this occasion, Aswin also conveyed some of the substance of the implementation of activities, namely:
- Classification, codification and nomenclature of development planning are needed to integrate and harmonize regional development and financial planning and support Regional Government Information Systems;
- Mapping of the classification, codification and nomenclature of programs/activities/sub-activities is prepared systematically as a reference in preparing regional development planning and regional finance documents as regulated in Permendagri 90/2019;
- The substance of mapping also needs to be carried out because the preparation of the 2021 APBD is directed at using the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) with the Program/Activity/Sub-Activity nomenclature regulated in Permendagri 90/2019;
- The results of the Program/Activity/Sub-Activity mapping will be discussed together with Regional Apparatus;
- Based on the mapping results, if there is a classification, codification and nomenclature of programs/activities/sub-activities that have not been accommodated in Permendagri 90/2019, then a proposal for updating is submitted through the Regional Government Information System;
- The mechanism for discussing the results of mapping the nomenclature of programs/activities/sub-activities will be divided into two sessions according to the schedule set out in the invitation;
- The results of the discussion are stated in the Minutes signed by the Head of Bappeda and the Head of Regional Apparatus for East Kalimantan Province;
- The minutes that have been signed will become an attachment to the Regional Regulation regarding RKPD for East Kalimantan Province for 2021. (Bapp/Hum/Fat)
