Discussion and signing of the Minutes of the Mapping Results of Program/Activities/Sub -Activity Nomenclature in accordance with Permendagri Number 90 of 2019
Samarinda - Regional Development Planning Agency of East Kalimantan Provincial Discussion and Signing the Minutes of Mapping the Program/Activity Nomenclature/Sub -Activity Nomenclature Mapping Video Conference.
The event held in the Geospatial Comand Center meeting room was opened by the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Prov. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM. It appeared that he was present with him Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Drs. Sufian Agus, MM, Head of Planning and Control of Regional Development Charmarijaty, ST, M.Sc, Head of Economics, Head of Government and Human Development Drs. H. Hariyo Santoso, Head of Economy and Sda Saur Parsaoran. T, S.Pi, MEMD, Head of Regional Infrastructure Drs. H. Iman Hidayat, M.Sc and the ranks of the Kepal Section in the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and were followed virtually by the Regional Apparatus of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
Aswin said that the regional government in preparing the 2021 RKPD made programs and activities in accordance with the classification, codeification and nomenclature regulated in Permendagri 90/2019. Furthermore, the results of the mapping are outlined in the minutes of the mapping results and become an attachment to the Regional and Regency/City RKPD.
On this occasion also Aswin conveyed several substances for the implementation of activities, namely:
Classification, Codeification, and Nomenclature Development Planning is needed to integrate and harmonize regional development and finance planning and support the Regional Government Information System;
Mapping of Classification, Codeification, and Nomenclature of Programs/Activities/Sub -Activities are arranged systematically as a reference in the preparation of regional development and financial planning documents that have been regulated in Permendagri 90/2019;
Mapping substance also needs to be done because the preparation of the 2021 APBD is directed to use the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) with a program/activity nomenclature/sub -activities stipulated in Permendagri 90/2019;
The results of the mapping of programs/activities/sub -activities will be discussed together with regional apparatus;
Based on the results of the mapping, if there is classification, codeification, and program/activities/sub -activities that have not been accommodated in Permendagri 90/2019, then the proposal is submitted through the Regional Government Information System;
Mechanisms for Discussion of Program/Activity Nomenclature Mapping Results/Sub -Activities will be divided into two sessions according to the schedule set in the invitation;
The results of the discussion were outlined in the Minutes signed by the Head of Bappeda and the Head of the Regional Apparatus of the Province of East Kalimantan;
The Minutes Signed will be an attachment to the East Kalimantan Province RKPD in 2021. (Bapp/Hum/Fat)
