DISCUSSION Desk related to the application of SPM and the integration of SPM in the Field of Public Works and Public Housing in 2020
Wednesday, July 21, 2021. Based on the 23rd Constitution of 2014 the Regional Government prioritizes one of the mandatory affairs in the form of public works and public housing affairs designated as SPM. Local governments can implement and meet the SPM Standards of Public Works and Public Housing which are entitled to be obtained by every Indonesian citizen at a minimum in accordance with the type of basic service and the quality of basic services in accordance with PP Number 2 of 2018
Types of Basic Services in the SPM Public Works Regional Authority consist of the fulfillment of the need for drinking water through the district/city and the provision of regional domestic domestic wastewater treatment services across the district/city. While the basic type of service in the Regency/City Public Works SPM consists of meeting the basic needs of daily drinking water and the provision of domestic wastewater treatment services
In the framework of applying SPM in the regions, it must carry out a series of stages of implementing SPM, namely data collection, calculation of basic service fulfillment, preparation of plans and implementation.
