Discussion of Study Results on Potential Supply of Food, Energy and Tourism Services for IKN
Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Yusliando attended a discussion on the results of a study of the potential supply of food, energy and tourism services from the Buffer Zone to the Archipelago Capital (IKN) which was held in the Kersik Luway Meeting Room of the East Kalimantan Governor's Office, Tuesday (23/7).
This study is one of the collaborative activities of Innovation Regions for a Just Energy Transition (IKI-JET) between the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) to develop plans for regional economic diversification and transformation and green business development.
The activity, which was led by the Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province, Sri Wahyuni, was attended by elements of regional leadership within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
In his direction, he hoped for input and suggestions from elements of regional apparatus to be able to complement the results of the GIZ study in the future.
It was further stated that the complete information presented by the GIZ team, is expected to enrich and strengthen the Regional Long Term Development Plan (RPJPD) of East Kalimantan Province.
The Manager of GIZ IKI-JET Kaltim, Ade Cahyat, in discussions with regional officials and relevant stakeholders in this activity, presented studies that had been carried out by his party in the fields of energy, food and tourism for the area around IKN.
