Opening of PPPK Orientation Curriculum I MOOC within the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan
Samarinda (11/07/2024) - Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) Bappeda Kaltim participated in the opening of the PPPK Orientation Curriculum I MOOC in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government which was carried out by BPSDM East Kalimantan in the main hall of the East Kalimantan BPSDM Office, Thursday (11/7/2024).
Dra. Nina Dewi as the Head of BPSDM East Kalimantan conveyed in her remarks that basically PPPK orientation participants in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government were mostly non-ASN staff who had served with a short time with various backgrounds in science and experience. Therefore, not only as a formality, but this orientation also aims to be a common perception to continue to develop themselves as servants of the state. The purpose of this PPPK orientation is to provide an introduction to the duties and functions of ASN and provide introduction of values and ethics to government agencies.
The government through Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning the State Civil Apparatus has been determined to manage the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to become more professional. This law is the basis of ASN management which aims to build ASN which has integrity, professional and neutral free from political intervention, is also free from KKN practices, and is able to provide quality public services for the community.
As the head covering the BPSDM invites participants to be grateful and realize the government's great attention to the welfare of employees in East Kalimantan Province about the transfer of staffing status.
