Samarinda, 12/01/12. As an initial step in preparation for implementing activities in the field of human resource development, on January 12 20122_mdgs
kabid_sdmPoverty Alleviation Team meeting and follow-up to Governor Regulation number: 83 of 2011 concerning Regional Action Plans (RAD) Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) which aims for each SKPD whose programs/activities lead to poverty to immediately prepare concrete steps in 2012 based on achieving the millennium development goals and at the same time prepare a Work Plan for 2013 as the 5th year of the East Kalimantan RPJMD.

This meeting was attended by SKPD related to poverty reduction programs/activities and achieving millennium development goals. From the meeting held there were several inputs and suggestions submitted by meeting participants, including: :

1. Manpower and Transmigration Service (Mr Abdulah). Given that not all meeting participants follow developments regarding poverty alleviation and progress in preparing the RAD MDGs, a Team is needed to convey the programs/activities that have been carried out so far so that it is hoped that participants can follow them carefully;

2. Community Empowerment and Village Government Agency (Bapak Surya). 3_mdgs

3. Department of Education (Mrs. Rustinah).In the RAD MDGs Team's Decree for Working Group II, members in number 3 were replaced in the junior and senior high school sectors because the achievement of the MDGs was only directed at 9 years of compulsory education, not for secondary and tertiary institutions;

4. Women's Empowerment and Family Planning Agency (Ms. Yana). For Working Group II related to education and gender in order to increase membership;

5. Considering that the MDGs RAD has been issued by Gubernatorial Regulation, it is necessary to disseminate the RAD to the SKPD so that later the Team can carry out the dissemination to the Regency/City.

From several suggestions and input, the Decision Letters for both Poverty Alleviation and RAD MDGS will be reviewed for improvements and additional membership, while for implementation Socialization for Provincial SKPD will be a priority in 2012.

To follow up on the Governor's Instructions as outlined in INGUB number: 03 of 2011 concerning Equitable Development Programs in Kalimantan Province East, then each SKPD in implementing programs/activities must focus on taking sides with the community, justice for all and accelerating the achievement of the MDGs. During the meeting it was also agreed that each SKPD would submit the 2013 Renja in the 3rd and 4th week of January 2012. The data source was from the Human Resources Development Sector and informed by Sukandar, S.Sos/Hus Bappeda Kaltim.
