Thursday, 14 October 2021. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, represented by the Economics and Natural Resources sector, attended virtually the implementation of the "Technical Material Assistance for Regulating Coastal Water Spaces" activity organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries.
Aside from representatives from Bappeda, DKP and DPUPR East Kalimantan Province, several other regions also attended this meeting including representatives from Central Kalimantan Province, Riau Islands, West Sulawesi and Papua.
The meeting chaired by DR Krishna Samudra (Regional Zoning Group Coordinator, Directorate of Marine Spatial Planning) and accompanied by Muhammad Isro from the National Corruption Prevention Strategy (Stranas PK) was held in order to accelerate the implementation of the one map policy action, especially in relation to the integration of RZWP3K and RTRW until it becomes a Regional Regulation (Perda). A number of regional representatives who were present conveyed information on the problems and obstacles encountered by the Provincial Government in relation to this integration.
In connection with the development of the integration of RZWP3K and RTRW in East Kalimantan, adjustments are currently being made to changes in coastlines (highest tides).
