Preparation for the establishment of the Spatial Planning Forum Prov. East Kalimantan
Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province through the field of infrastructure and region to attend a coordination meeting for the Formation of the East Kalimantan Province Spatial Planning Forum which was carried out hybrid (online and offline) in the meeting room of the Head of Public Works, Spatial Planning and Public Settlement (PUPR-Perra)
The meeting opened by the Secretary of the PUPR-Pera Service (Mr. Ir. Dadang Irwan, M.Sc.) was attended by the regional apparatus of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, the East Kalimantan Planning Expert Association and the Indonesian Regional Planning School Association.
The discussion session at this forum was led by Mr. Ahmad Muzakkir, ST, M.Si as the Head of Spatial Planning Division of the PUPR & Pera Prov. Kaltim.
conveyed that currently the East Kalimantan Provincial Government is formulating the formation of a spatial planning forum in accordance with the mandate of Government Regulation Number 21 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Spatial Planning and Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 15 of 2021 concerning Coordination of Spatial Planning Coordination.
As for the strategic steps to be taken in the formation of a spatial planning forum in the form of the formulation of the Governor's Letter to the Chair of the Professional Association and by the Chair of the Academic Association to gather members assigned to the Spatial Planning Forum. In addition, an inventory of the East Kalimantan community leaders will be carried out along with the profile of expertise possessed to be submitted to the Governor as input in the appointment of community leaders.
The next step, will be sharpened on the draft of the Governor's Decree and the preparation of staff reviews to the Governor in the context of determining the SK for the East Kalimantan Provincial Spatial Planning Forum.
