The agenda for the meeting discussed preparations for the 2016 East Kalimantan Bappeda Coordination Meeting, starting with the schedule of events, a list of invitees who would be invited from both the provincial, district/city levels throughout East Kalimantan and the Ministry, the composition of the duties and functions of the committee, determining resource persons, moderators and others deemed necessary, which was attended by approximately 35 meeting participants consisting of the Head of Division, Head of Sub-Division, Head of Subdivision and staff. scope of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province.
