Multi-stakeholder meeting for 2022 MSME Integrated Management Major Project Implementation Plan in East Kalimantan Province
Monday, September 14 2021. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province attended virtually the implementation of the 2022 multilateral meeting major project integrated management of MSMEs in East Kalimantan Province which was organized by the SME and Cooperative Development Division, Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas of the Republic of Indonesia.
The objectives of carrying out this activity include obtaining an overview of the current conditions of commodity management and MSME development at each location where the MSME integrated management major project is being implemented; Obtain information regarding the intervention needs that are still needed in the framework of commodity management and MSME development at each location implementing the MSME integrated management major project; and Re-sharpening the form of commitment and clarifying the role of each Ministry/Institution and BUMN which is a stakeholder in the implementation of major projects for integrated management of MSMEs in each location.
At this meeting, the Central Government looked at and targeted the potential for developing ginger medicinal plants (biopharmaceuticals) in East Kalimantan Province which will be directed at the locations of Jonggon Jaya Village and Margahayu Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency.
Furthermore, the implementation of developing the potential of ginger medicinal plants (biopharmaceuticals) in East Kalimantan Province will be carried out in an integrated manner involving several Ministries, related Services and Educational Institutions in East Kalimantan Province.
