PRA Public Consultation Forum Ranwal RKPD Prov. East Kalimantan 2023
Thursday, 01/20/2022. East Kalimantan Province Bappeda held a Public Consultation Meeting of Early RKPD in East Kalimantan in 2023 virtually. This meeting was opened by Prof. Dr. Ir. HM Aswin MM as the Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, and was attended by all fields of Bappeda East Kalimantan and regional apparatus in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
The theme of the development of East Kalimantan in 2023 is the strengthening of economic, social and environmental resilience towards the welfare of the community within the framework of the East Kalimantan sovereign. In connection with that in his direction Prof. Aswin said economic and social resilience was realized in the framework of solving poverty and unemployment problems.
"regional apparatus engaged in the economic fields, human development, and people's welfare must move in the same direction in efforts to improve the investment climate, strengthen the economy of the community, increase the added value of the products produced, create jobs, and also prepare local human resources that are ready to be accepted in the work market" he said.
Prof. Aswin also reminded that in increasing economic resilience and social security in the future there are challenges that need to be considered, especially related to the outbreak of Covid 19 Omicron variants and regarding the establishment of the IKN Law.
The purpose of this public consultation is to agree on important and fundamental matters in the initial RKPD design that needs to be considered by regional apparatuses. After the direction of the Head of Bappeda the meeting was continued with a meeting of the Bappeda/Sub -Division of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda along with the related regional apparatus.
