Coordination Meeting of Bappeda in East Kalimantan 2018

bontang, 7/2/2018 . The Governor of East Kalimantan was represented by the Head of the Bappeda Data & Information Center for East Kalimantan Province, Ir.Hj. Charmarijaty, M.Si officially opened the Bappeda Coordination Meeting in East Kalimantan in 2018 with the theme "Strengthening Investment Competitiveness to Accelerate Industry Downstream" at the Sintuk Hotel Ball Room Bontang City accompanied by the Mayor of Botang, Dr. Hj. Neni Moerniaeni, Sp, OG; Head of Bappeda Bontang City, Ministry of Bappenas, Ministry of PUPR on Tuesday, 6/2/2018. Exposure to the Bapeda Coordination Meeting in East Kalimantan in 2018 was delivered by several speakers including:

1. Governor of East Kalimantan Province which was read by the Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Dr. Ir. H. Zairin Zain, M.Sc;

2. Exposure to the Director of Regional Development & Regional Development of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas RI Mr. Drs. Oktorialdi, MA, Ph.D regarding the direction and policy of the Government Work Plan (RKP) in 2019 in equitable development for quality growth;

3. Exposure to the Director General of Construction Development of the Indonesian Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing represented by Mrs. Yolanda Indah Permatasari, SE, MM concerning alternative financing for infrastructure development through the 2019 Government and Business Entity Cooperation schemes;

4. Exposure to the Head of Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan, Mr. Dr. Ir. H. Zairin Zain, M.Sc concerning the direction and regional development policy of East Kalimantan Province in 2019;

5. Discussions, responses, suggestions and input from the Head of Regency/City Bappeda in East Kalimantan to Resource Resource Materials.

results of agreement

  • Results of the Bappeda Coordination Meeting in East Kalimantan in 2018 will then be a material for refinement of the Provincial and Regency/Regency/Regency/City Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD);
  • In an effort to strengthen investment competitiveness to accelerate the downstream of the industry, and in line with the direction of national development policies, the priority, strategy, policy direction and program/program/activities/programs/activities/activities of the Provincial and Regency/City/City in 2019 were focused on: a). Accelerate the settlement of land status and improve investment licensing services in the planned area for the development of industrial downstreaming; b). Improving the quality of competitive human resources to meet the needs of the job market in accordance with the downstreaming of the industry; e). Increasing efforts to control environmental damage that is prioritized to reducing flood problems through upstream-upstream handling in an integrated manner with an inter-district/city cooperation approach.
  • Regency/City Bappeda will provide input/sharpening of the Working Paper Identification of Strategic Issues and Problems (Attached) which is an inseparable part of the Minutes of this agreement two weeks after the Bappeda Coordination Meeting;
  • The results of input/sharpening of working papers Identification of strategic issues and problems from the district/city subsequently become the material for refinement of the RKPD design that will be discussed at the SKPD for the SKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2018;
  • Implementation of the Regency/City RKPD Musrenbang in 2018 is done at the latest in March 2018 and Musrenbang RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in the first week of April 2018;
  • The implementation of Bappeda Coordination Meeting in East Kalimantan in 2019 will be held in Kutai Kartanegara Regency no later than the first week of February 2019. (Skr).
