Data Entry Meeting for Evaluation of SAKIP and Bureaucratic Reform in 2022
Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province through the Regional Development Planning Control and Evaluation Division (PPEPD) attended the Entry Meeting for the Evaluation of SAKIP and Bureaucratic Reform in 2022 in the HOB Meeting Room of the East Kalimantan Governor's Office, Thursday (11/08/2022).

The meeting which was held by the East Kalimantan Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau was attended by ± 113 participants who attended the venue consisting of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and all elements of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government. Apart from that, ± 367 participants from the Province and Regency/City elements who were part of Regional Government Region II also attended online.

The meeting was held to follow up on the letter from the Assistant Deputy for Coordination of Policy Implementation and Evaluation of Bureaucratic Reform, Apparatus Accountability and Supervision II, KemenpanRB dated 3 August 2022 regarding the Entry Meeting for Evaluation of SAKIP and Bureaucratic Reform in 2022. Therefore, KemenpanRB carried out an evaluation of the implementation of Bureaucratic Reform (RB) and SAKIP in 2022. 2022, where as an initial stage this evaluation entry meeting will be held.

Assistant Deputy for Coordination of Policy Implementation and Evaluation of Bureaucratic Reform, Apparatus Accountability and Supervision II, KemenpanRB, Mr. Budi Prawira in his presentation delivered online said that the basis for implementing Bureaucratic Reform Evaluation is PermenpanRB 26/2020 and for Evaluation of Performance Accountability is PermenpanRB 88/2021.

It was further stated that the aim of the evaluation that will be carried out is to provide suggestions for improvement and assess progress in accelerating the implementation of bureaucratic reform and performance accountability (SAKIP).

In terms of accelerating the implementation of Bureaucratic Reform, Regional Governments are expected to be able to develop acceleration or innovation programs that encourage the acceleration of the impact of change felt by society.

For the Implementation of Performance Accountability in SAKIP (Government Agency Performance Accountability System) there are important notes, including that the performance description prepared is expected to be based more on a good logical framework, so that a causal relationship between tiered performance levels is formed a better relationship.

In terms of strategies for strengthening SAKIP, Provincial and Regency/City Bappeda play an important role in implementing performance planning, performance measurement, performance planning and internal evaluation.

In detail, the timeline for the RB and SAKIP evaluation implementation process includes Pre-Evaluation (June-July 2022), Entry Meeting (11 August 2022), Deepening of the Evaluation (August-October 2022), Completion (LKE, Exit Meeting, Panel, LHE), and Awarding for LHE Submission in December 2022.
