Evaluation Meeting of Staff Activities and Performance of the General Sub Division of Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province
The General Sub Division of the East Kalimantan Bappeda Secretariat held an Evaluation Meeting of Staff Activities and Performance in the Repetada Meeting Room. This meeting was chaired by Achmad Risa, as Head of the General Subdivision, and attended by all staff of the General Subdivision.
In this meeting, Achmad Risa conveyed two things, namely, appreciation for the improvement in performance over the past year, and evaluation of the performance that needs to be improved in the coming year.
He emphasized the importance of commitment to continue to develop.
"I would like to thank all of us for the hard work. This year, thank God, compared to 2023 with 2023, "In 2024, there will be significant improvements. The achievements we have achieved are the result of extraordinary teamwork," he said.
The various achievements achieved by the General Sub-Section during 2024 were also discussed. These include awards at the Kaltim Expo exhibition at the beginning of 2024 as the stand with the best support for MSMEs, then recognition from the Bureau of Goods and Services and LKPP for the administration of goods procurement and purchasing, and the achievement of inventory of goods in the BUMD section which was recognized by the Inspectorate.
Apart from that, the staffing team also received recognition as one of the best in Indonesia in calculating the formation of Planning Functional Positions (JF). Other achievements include the Best Stand award from BPSDM in Level II National Leadership Training, the Best Archivist 1st Hope award, 6th place in the Handover of Printed and Recorded Works, as well as the publication of four PPID bulletins in 2024, which is a matter of pride in the general sub-division.
On the other hand, evaluations are also carried out to increase discipline and compliance with regulations.
"Apart from that, regarding evaluations, I would like to appeal to discipline including continuous tardiness and sick leave which is expected to be reduced in next year. Let's also be orderly in using attributes in accordance with applicable regulations," added Achmad Risa.
This meeting is a momentum for the General Sub Division of East Kalimantan Bappeda to reflect and evaluate performance towards better achievements in 2025.
