General Sub-Section Performance Evaluation Meeting: Encourage Discipline and Daily Work Plans
Thursday (22/07/2024), Head of General Subdivision Achmad Risa chaired a performance evaluation meeting which was attended by more than 30 Subdivision employees. General Section in the Repetada Meeting Room. This meeting aims to evaluate achievements and determine steps to improve future performance.
In today's meeting, Achmad Risa expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the implementation of electronic attendance which has gone well, although there have been several obstacles, it has slowly made good progress over the last six months.
"With the encouragement and awareness of ladies and gentlemen and all colleagues, electronic absences have been implemented well. Slowly but surely, manual absences have also been implemented and I appreciate this. This is a good step even though it cannot be separated from several obstacles faced," said Achmad Risa.
Furthermore, Achmad Risa emphasized the importance of daily work plans for each employee in the future. Starting next month, every employee is required to prepare at least one daily work plan before starting activities in the office. "This work plan must be recorded regularly to ensure that each task is carried out responsibly," he added.
Achmad Risa also reminded all employees to come to the office with a strong intention to work. "We have to think together about how to ensure that this intention is not just an intention, but actually implemented. This is our responsibility towards the office and hopefully this action will become our worship and gratitude," he said optimistically.
This evaluation meeting ended with the hope that all agreed steps will result in positive changes in the Sub. General Section in the future.
Achmad Risa invited all meeting participants to continue to be committed and contribute to maintaining performance and integrity in the Sub. General Affair. According to him, it would be even better if it could be a model and carried out sustainably.
