General Performance Evaluation Meeting of Subdivision: Encourage Discipline and Daily Work Plan
Thursday (07/22/2024), Head of General Subdivision Achmad Risa chaired a performance evaluation meeting attended by more than 30 Sub employees. General Section in the Repetada Meeting Room. This meeting aims to evaluate achievements and determine steps to improve performance going forward.
In today's meeting, Achmad Risa expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the implementation of electronic absences that had been going well, although there were several obstacles, slowly had experienced good progress for the past six months.
"With the encouragement and awareness of all the ladies and gentlemen, electronic absences have been carried out well. Slowly but surely, manual absences have also been running and I give appreciation for this. This is a good step even though it is inseparable from some of the obstacles encountered," Achmad Risa said.
Furthermore, Achmad Risa stressed the importance of daily work plans for each employee in the future. Starting next month, every employee is required to arrange at least one daily work plan before starting activities in the office. "This work plan must be recorded regularly to ensure that each task is carried out with full responsibility," he added.
Achmad Risa also reminded all employees to come to the office with the intention of working strong. "We must jointly think about how this intention is not only an intention, but is truly carried out. This is our responsibility for the office and this action may become our worship and gratitude," he said optimistically.
This evaluation meeting ended with the hope that all agreed steps would result in positive changes in the Sub. The general part in the future.
Achmad Risa invites all meeting participants to continue to commit and contribute to maintaining performance and integrity in the Sub. General Affair. According to him, it would be better if it could become a pilot and carried out on an ongoing basis.
