Internal Meeting of the Scope of Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan
Samarinda, (06/03/2024) - The Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of East Kalimantan Province held an internal meeting that discussed the absorption and realization of the budget in March, and detailed several major projects that would be held in the same month. The meeting held in the Propeda meeting room was attended by each of the Heads of Division and also the Team Leader.
The meeting was opened by the Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Yusliando. During the internal meeting, Yusliando stressed the importance of increasing the efficiency of budget absorption to support the smooth development of the regional development program. "We need to work together and focus on achieving the set budget absorption targets that have been set, so that development in East Kalimantan can run optimally," Yusliando said.
On the agenda of the meeting, the meeting participants discussed in detail the budget absorption and budget relations in March. Each Head of Division submits a report on the achievements and obstacles encountered in implementing development programs in their fields.
In addition, this meeting is also a platform to specify some of the planned programs will be held in March. The head of the field and team leader coordinated with each other to ensure the smooth implementation of these programs, which included various development sectors.
This East Kalimantan Province Bappeda internal meeting reflects the commitment of the local government in optimizing the absorption of the budget and implementing strategic projects for the progress and welfare of the people of East Kalimantan.
