Kasubbag General accompanied by staff attending the BPSDM Technical Work Meeting of East Kalimantan Province in 2022 on Monday, 07/04/2022. The meeting was held hybrid, namely at the Novotel Hotel Balikpapan and Zoom Meeting and followed by all Provincial / Regency / City OPDs in East Kalimantan.

The meeting with the theme "With the spirit of Corporate University we improve the quality of competency of the Bureaucracy Apparatus in East Kalimantan Province" aims to mapping the development and efforts to improve the quality of human resources, as well as the relationship of cooperation in organizing the Competency Development Program in the scope of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan.

Meeting was opened by Acting (PJ) Secretary of Prov. East Kalimantan and present two speakers namely Ir. Salman Lumoindong, MM and Dimas Raditya Anggara. By bringing material about simplification of bureaucracy and explanation of the application of competency development needs analysis abbreviated as AKPK. The meeting continued with discussions and questions and answers and implementation of the AKPK system
