Initial Coordination Meeting Action Changes in the Preparation of the Pergub Draft Regarding the Proposed Aspirations of Aspirations in the Preparation of RKPD
Samarinda -- In the context of implementing the Action of Change in the Administrator Leadership Training (PKA), Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province held a coordination meeting on Monday (29/07). The main agenda of the meeting is the discussion of the preparation of the Governor's Regulation Draft on the Procedure for Submitting and Reviewing the Proposed Aspirations in the Compiler of the Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD).

Two main things discussed are the explanation of the action implementation plan and the formation of the effective action team. This team will compile a regulatory instrument in the form of a Pergub Draft, as a solution to the problems that often arise related to the alignment of aspirations both from the DPRD, Regency/City, and community groups into the RKPD and APBD documents. implementatively the internalization process of the proposed aspiration into the RKPD, in accordance with the participatory, political, technocratic, top-down, and bottom-up planning approaches as mandated in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 86 of 2017 and is in line with the development priority targets.
targeting the preparation of the initial document of the Pergub Draft and the formation of an effective team that is able to coordinate the implementation of collaborative action. In addition, this action aims to increase the understanding of the plot of delivering the aspirations of the DPRD Pokir, the flow of submission of bottom-up aspirations by the Regency/City Bappeda, as well as the mechanism of verification and validation related to the proposed aspirations by regional apparatus.
The process of delivering and studying aspirations is expected to be more systematic, measurable, and in accordance with the provisions. Thus, the proposal that enters can be more easily internalized in the RKPD and has a real impact on regional development.
