Coordination Meeting within the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda
Samarinda, (20/08/2024) - Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Yusliando led the internal coordination meeting with the Secretary, all Heads of Divisions, Young Expert Planners, and related Technical Staff within the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Tuesday (20/8).
In the activity carried out in the East Kalimantan Bappeda propeda meeting room, he conveyed several important things, including evaluating the importance of all parties within the Secretariat and Division regarding the flow of the correspondence process, the person responsible for each process, archiving letters, coordinating the process of documenting files and planning documents at each stage, to improve coordination and synergy in carrying out tasks.
In addition, it was stated that the evaluation was carried out as an effort to create good archives, because archives have an important role as a source of information and monitoring tools needed by the East Kalimantan Bappeda in planning, development, data analysis, policy formulation and decision making.
