SP4N-LAPOR Complaint Management Coordination Meeting!
Bappeda East Kalimantan Province through the General Subdivision Technical Staff attended the SP4N-LAPOR Management Coordination Meeting!
East Kalimantan 2024 organized by the East Kalimantan Diskominfo at the Gran Senyiur Hotel Balikpapan, Thursday (7/3).
In the activity which was attended by OPD representatives within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and other related stakeholders, the Head of the IKP and Public Relations Division of the East Kalimantan Diskominfo, Irene Yuriantini as Chair of the Committee said that this activity was intended to equalize perceptions regarding Complaint Management policies in East Kalimantan.
Furthermore, the Head of the East Kalimantan Diskominfo, Muhammad Faisal, who represented Acting. The Governor of East Kalimantan hopes that all parties can continue to work together in efforts to improve the quality of public services, accelerate the handling of public complaints, and create a government that is more transparent, accountable and responsive to the needs of the people through the SP4N-LAPOR! complaint facility.
Then, to improve the HR competency of the SP4N-LAPOR! Admin, the RAKOR also presented resource persons from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Mr. Rahmat and Mrs. Novika) to provide direct technical guidance, so that this event became a very good momentum in uniting steps and increasing cooperation between regional and district/city officials and providing community services through fast, reliable complaint management in East Kalimantan based on transparency and accountability.
