General Subdivision Staff Coordination Meeting within the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province
Samarinda, (02/01/2026) - Starting the beginning of the year, the General Subdivision of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda held a staff meeting chaired by the Head of the General Subdivision, M. Isnainil Hude, and attended by all General Subdivision staff in the Repetada Meeting Room of the Kalimantan Province Bappeda Timur.
In this meeting, the leadership conveyed several matters of mutual concern, especially regarding adjustments to the 2026 Fiscal Year expenditure budget which is affected by efficiency policies. Explanations are given so that all staff understand the existing conditions and can adjust the implementation of their duties in the future.
The discussion also includes evaluation of permits if staff have certain needs, so that the whereabouts and positions of employees can be clearly known when needed. Apart from that, an appeal was given to all staff to maintain punctual work time. If you experience delays, you are expected to submit permission first as a form of discipline and good communication.
Apart from the disciplinary aspect, the Head of General Subdivision also conveyed the ongoing work on office facilities and infrastructure as an effort to support the smooth running of work activities. At the end of the meeting, he reminded the importance of collective awareness in implementing energy savings, such as turning off lights, air conditioning, computers and other electronic devices, especially for staff who leave the last room.
