The 10th Plenary Meeting Submission of LKPJ Governor of East Kalimantan Province in 2021

Tuesday, 29/03/2022. Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Ms. Charmarijaty, ST, M.Sc together with elements of the leadership of the regional apparatus within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government attended the 10th plenary meeting at the Provincial DPRD. Kaltim.

The plenary meeting held directly and virtual was led directly by the Chairperson of the East Kalimantan Provincial Parliament, Drs. H. Makmur Hapk, MM. and attended by 28 board members.

The 10th plenary meeting of the East Kalimantan Provincial Parliament scheduled the submission of the Accountability Report (LKPJ) of the Governor of East Kalimantan in 2021 and the formation of the Special Committee for the LKPJ Discussion of the Governor of East Kalimantan in 2021.

further conveyed, the submission of the East Kalimantan Governor of East Kalimantan in 2021 was not only interpreted as a legal obligation, but also contained information on the achievements of development performance over the past year in the perspective of local government administration which was not only determined by the executive role in the regions, but was also determined by the strategic role of the DPRD including all components of the community in East Kalimantan Province.

"LKPJ of the Governor of East Kalimantan in 2021 was compiled based on the performance of the 2021 APBD implementation based on the RKPD of East Kalimantan Province in 2021 which was the 3rd year of the RPJMD of East Kalimantan Province 2019-2023", delivered by PJ. To be known, technically LKPJ is guided by Government Regulation (PP) Number 13 of 2019 concerning Reports and Evaluation of Regional Government Implementation and Permendagri Number 18 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of PP Number 13 of 2019 at the same time contains the recommendations of the East Kalimantan Provincial DPRD over LKPJ of the Governor of East Kalimantan

further conveyed, the achievement of the implementation of development priority programs and activities in East Kalimantan Province in order to realize the vision and mission of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.

"The achievement of success in mission 1, namely sovereign in the development of human resources who have noble and competitive morals, especially women, youth and people with disabilities, among others, the increasing level of community education and increasing rural community empowerment."

The plenary meeting was followed by the formation of the Special Committee for the LKPJ Discussion of the Governor of East Kalimantan in 2021, with the composition of the chairman, deputy chairman, and several members of the Special Committee where Mr. Martinus as Chair of the Special Committee.
