Meeting of land problem resolution on the KM road section. 13 Kariangau
Samarinda, (20/11/2020). Head of Subdivision for Infrastructure, Development and Transportation, Dedy Pujda Wardana, ST and staff attended a meeting to resolve land problems on the km road section. 13 Kariangau is located at the UPTD Region I Office of the PUPR Service of East Kalimantan Province.
This activity aims to find out the estimated price of the affected land which will later be submitted to the land owner based on the Appraisal Consultant's calculations. Based on the land acquisition plan map calculated by the Appraisal Consultant, the appraisal object consists of 3 plots of land with an area of ± 18,229 square meters.
Dedy said that the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and the land owners had discussed and reached an agreement that land owners PB Sinurat and Karisman Hady accepted the agreed unit price as the basis for payment of land compensation.
The East Kalimantan Provincial Government through the PUPR Service will implement steps to accelerate payment administration before the end of the 2020 fiscal year.
