Meeting of all ASN and Non-ASN Staff in Early 2022
Monday, 01/03/2021. Starting 2022, the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda held an internal coordination and consolidation meeting which was attended by all ASN and non-ASN and led directly by the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM.
Taking place in the Regional Police meeting room, this activity was also attended by the Secretary, Head of Division and Head of sub-division within the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province.
In his direction, Prof. Aswin reminded that the main task of Bappeda is to prepare planning documents including RPJMD, RKPD, Strategic Plan and Renja which involve all sectors in Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province. For this reason, there is a need for consolidation efforts and a detailed division of tasks in each subfield in order to realize increased performance.
Prof. Aswin also reminded several things that need to be considered to improve institutional performance apart from maintaining the quality of planning documents, namely regarding archive management; dissemination of information; as well as maintaining evaluation and reporting of development performance which is carried out in an orderly manner.
