Staff meeting in the Bappeda environment of East Kalimantan Province
Samarinda, (10/13/2023). Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Mr. Yusliando led the implementation of a coordination meeting which was attended by all elements of the leadership consisting of secretaries and all heads of fields and all young expert planners in the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda environment.
"In this meeting we will discuss a number of things related to our duties in Bappeda including some important notes that have been submitted by the Acting Governor of East Kalimantan in the Leadership Meeting on October 9, 2023", the Head of East Kalimantan Bappeda began the meeting in the East Kalimantan Bappeda Propeda Meeting Room.
One of the directions of the Acting Governor of East Kalimantan to all leaders of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) which is expected to be a common concern is to emphasize all information conveyed to be based on valid data so that it can be well accounted for.
"In order to be our common concern, if we make exposure or convey information in a discussion attended by Bappeda representatives, please again to be based on data that is valid and can be accounted for," he said, giving directions.
Furthermore, it is expected that the Secretary of Bappeda to be able to coordinate with all Heads of Division related to the latest data on the amount of budget, realization, percentage, and other data as well as the constraints faced and suggestions for solutions to the East Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat Development Bureau in accordance with the forms that have been submitted.
In addition, coordination and discussion is carried out related to the extent of the implementation of joint commitment in the realization of the budget of each field as well as joint efforts in achieving the budget absorption target to the October 2023 budget.
In an effort to increase synergy between fields, in this meeting also carried out a discussion of draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Mechanism of Fund Disbursement which includes SOP for Disbursement of Fund using the GU mechanism, Contract LS, and LS Official Travel.
"Everything we have discussed in this meeting, please follow up immediately, because the important thing is the follow -up", said the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda stressed.
