Road To PIKAT 2021 Polishes Investment Project Potential
Monday, October 25 2021. East Kalimantan Province Bappeda represented by the Economic and Natural Resources Sector attended virtually the 2021 East Kalimantan Investment Road To Profiling (PIKAT) activity.
The Governor of East Kalimantan opened the PIKAT 2021 webinar with the theme "polishing the potential to become a quality ready-to-bid investment project for a sovereign East Kalimantan".
In his speech the Governor of East Kalimantan appealed to all regencies and cities in East Kalimantan to support and participate in the East Kalimantan investment profiling or PIKAT by sending super predicate projects owned by their respective regions.
"This activity needs attention," said Isran, according to him, this is very strategic in attracting ready-to-bid investment in the region and opening new job opportunities, and creating prosperity for all the people of East Kalimantan.
The government's role in strategic development areas is to integrate development through a regional approach to reduce disparities and encourage economic growth.
Collaboration between the government and investors in many regions that have limited funding for land acquisition. For this reason, it is hoped that East Kalimantan must become a driving force for districts/cities whose GRDP is still low.
