Remarks at the Opening of the Control and Evaluation Meeting of the KAB-CITY RKPD Heads of Bappeda throughout KALTIM
Bappeda East Kalimantan Province held an evaluation of the 2021 Regency/City RKPD on Thursday, October 21 2021 at the Golden Tulip Hotel Balikpapan.
This activity, which was carried out online and offline, was opened by the Head of Bappeda for East Kalimantan Province, Prof. DR. Ir. H. M. Aswin, MM and attended by representatives of Regency and City Bappelitbang throughout East Kalimantan.
In his direction Mr Aswin said that evaluation is a strategic step so that the implementation of programs and activities is in accordance with the targets set in the planning.
This evaluation is expected to be able to identify data and information related to achieving targets in the 2020 and 2021 RKPD for all districts/cities, identify obstacles and problems found in achieving the targets of the 2020 and 2021 Regency/City RKPD, and be able to formulate recommendations for preparing planning documents for the coming year.
The evaluation results are then used as consideration in decision making, especially in preparing development plans. Therefore, evaluation has an important role as a planning input process in the development management cycle.
