Sharing sessions "More productive and happy with talents mapping for ASN"
A number of ASNs in the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda environment participated in the "more productive and happy sharing with talents mapping for ASN" which was held online by BPSDM East Kalimantan Province, Thursday (16/06/06/ 2022).

The event which was also attended online by 270 ASN in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government was opened by the Head of BPSDM East Kalimantan, Dra.Nina Dewi, Map.

"talent mapping (talent mapping) is a series of assessment tests that are useful for knowing the talent hidden in a person. The tests carried out not only focus on improving weak talents, but also aimed to be more focused in developing talent, "said the Head of BPSDM East Kalimantan.

further, through an understanding of talent mapping in this sharing session, ASN is expected to find and develop the hidden talent that is owned and increase self-confidence, overcome the weaknesses that exist within ASN, more productive and happy.
