Gathering and Iftar with the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province in the Month of Ramadhan 1446 H
Samarinda, (18/03/2025) – In the spirit of strengthening friendship and Islamic ukhuwah in the holy month of Ramadhan 1446 H, the Big Family of the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province held a Breaking of the Fast together which was followed by Maghrib, Isha and Tarawih prayers in congregation.
The event began solemnly with the chanting of holy verses Al-Qur'an read by Mr. Syahrudin. After that, social assistance was handed over in the form of basic food packages from the East Kalimantan Bappeda as a form of concern for others. The atmosphere became warmer with a welcome from the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Mr. H. Sulaiman Gafur, S.E., which was then followed by a welcome from the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Mr. Yusliando.
A meaningful moment also came when Mr. Ustadz Sholehin delivered a sermon that inspired and motivated the invited guests. The tausiah closed with a joint prayer before the time to break the fast, adding solemnity and togetherness to this event.
When the Maghrib call to prayer sounded, all invited guests enjoyed the iftar meal that had been provided, then performed the Maghrib prayer in congregation. After that, the event continued with dinner together in an atmosphere full of togetherness.
In closing, the participants performed Isha and Tarawih prayers in congregation before finally the event ended with a moment of friendship which further strengthened relations between members of the East Kalimantan Bappeda extended family.
